By virtue of the powers vested in her by section 123(1) of the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998), B.E.E. Molewa, in her capacity of Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby makes the Regulations in the Schedule relating to the safety of dams.
