I, Deborah Gabaakelwe Mochotlhi, as the delegated authority in terms of section 63(1) of the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998) ["the Act"] have completed a proposed allocation schedule for the Mhlathuze Catchment in terms of section 45(2) of the Act, A summary of the quantity of water been allocated is set out in the Annexure hereto.
