Buyelwa Patience Sonjica, in her capacity as Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, has decided to extend the time period of general authorisations relating to subsection 21(j) of the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998) as published in section 3 of the Schedule to Notice 398, and the time period for the General Authorisations relating to subsection 21(e), (f), (g) and(h) of the National Water Act, 1998 (Act No. 36 of 1998) as published in the schedule to Notice 399 in the Government Gazette Notice of 26 March 2004 for a further period until 1 April 2011.
