Deborah Gabaakelwe Mochotlhi, as the delegated authority in terms of section 63(1) of the NWA (“the delegated authority”) has, by notice in the Government Gazette, completed a proposed allocation schedule for the Jan Dissels River Catchment in terms of section 45(4)(a) of the NWA.

Members of the public are invited to submit to the delegated authority, written comments on the allocation schedule by within 60 days of the publication of the notice in the Government Gazette (i.e. 27 November 2012).
