The delegated authority in terms of section 63(1) of the NWA has by notice in the Government Gazette extended the time period for written objections to the proposed allocation schedule for the Mhlathuze Catchment in terms of section 45(2) of the NWA.
The time period for written objections to the proposed allocation schedule set out in General Notice 645 published in Government Gazette No. 35582 dated 10 August 2012 is extended from 09 October 2012 to 08 November 2012.
