Fikile Mbalula, the Minister of Sport and Recreation South Africa has, under sections 14(a) and 14(jE) of the National Sport and Recreation Act, 1998 (Act No. 110 of 1998) and after consultation with the Sports Confederation, made the Regulations in the Schedule.
