S'busiso Joel Ndebele, Minister of Transport, acting in terms of section 75 of the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No. 93 of 1996) hereby grant exemption to motor vehicles imported into the Republic only for the purposes of 22010 FIFA Soccer World Cup Tournament from the 25 May 2010 to the 25 July 2010, from complying with the provisions of regulations 3, 4 or 200(2) (a) of the National Road Traffic Regulations, 2000 under the NRTA.
