Sibusiso Joel Ndebele, Minister of Transport, acting in terms of Section 75 reads with regulation 252 of the National Road Traffic Regulations, 2000 under the National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No. 93 of 1996), hereby determines 01 July 2009 as the commencement date for the proviso clause after subregulation (2), of regulation 252 the National Road Traffic Regulations, 2000.
