I, Jeffrey Thamsanqa Radebe, Minister o f Justice and Constitution a l Development, acting under the National Pro securing Authority Act, 1998 (Act No. 32 o f 1998), and after co n situation with the National Director o f Public Prosecutions and with the Minister o f Public Service and Administration and with the concurrence o f the Minister of Finance, hereby determine, as indicated in Schedule 1, new salaries for prosecutors and special investigators with effect from 1 May 2012.
