Jeffrey Thamasanqa Radebe, Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, acting under the National Prosecuting Authority Act, 1998 (Act No. 32 of 1998), and in consultation with the National Director of Public Prosecutions and after consultation with the Minister for Public Service and Administration and with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, hereby determines, as indicated in Schedule 1, new salaries for prosecutors and special investigators in terms of which the salary range specified in Column 2 shall, with effect from 1 July 2010, be applicable and payable to prosecutors and special investigators.
