JT Radebe, Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, acting under sections 18(1) and 19C(1) of the National Prosecuting Authority Act, 1998 (Act No. 32 of 1998), respectively, and in consultation with the National Director of Public prosecutions and the Minister for the Public Service and Administration and with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, hereby determine the revised inclusive flexible remuneration packages of Deputy Directors of Public Prosecutions, Chief Prosecutors and Chief Special Investigators as set out in the Schedule hereto, with effect from 1 January 2010.
