How can the cost of setting up another organ of government possibly be justifed given the inability of Government to provide basic services to the poor? Is a House of Tribal Leaders the wish of the majority in this democractic State. Let Government recognise the titles, if that can be justified, but restrict the powers of these leaders to their own tribe. Let South Africa move on into the 21st century without such baggage.
