I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of approval of the Integrated Industry Waste Tyre Management Plan (IIWTMP) of the Recycling Economic Development Initiative of South Africa in terms of Regulation 11 (4) of the Waste Tyre Regulations, 2009. The approved IIWTMP is set out in the Schedule hereto, and is hereby published for implementation.
