Bomo Edith Edna Bomo Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby gives notice of my intention, under section 69(1)(a), (b), (g), (h), (m), (q), (s), (dd) and (ee) read with section 73 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), to make regulations regarding waste classification and management in the Schedule hereto.
