Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby gives notice of her intention, under section 7(1)(c) read with section 73 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 58 of 2008), set national standards for assessment of waste for landfill disposal as set out in the Schedule hereto.
