I, Barno Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of my intention, under section 7(1)(c) read with section 73 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), to set a national standard for the assessment of waste for landfill disposal in the Schedule hereto.
