Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby gives notice of her intention, under section 7(2)(d) read together with section 73 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), to set national norms and standards for the remediation of contaminated land and soil quality as set out in the Schedule hereto.
