Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby under regulation 11(1)(b) of the Waste Tyre Regulations, 2009, read with sections 73 and 80(2) of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008 (Act No. 59 of 2008), publish the draft Integrated Industry Waste Tyre Management Plan of the Recycling and Economic Development Initiative of South Africa (REDISA), in the Schedule hereto, for public comment.
