The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs declared certain properties as listed in the schedules to the following notices as forming part of the following National Parks:

- The Agulhas National Park (Government Notice No. 154 in Government Gazette No. 35073 of 2 March 2012);
- The Tankwa Karoo National Park (Government Notice No. 155 in Government Gazette No. 35073 of 2 March 2012);
- The Addo Elephant National Park (Government Notice No. 156 in Government Gazette No. 35073 of 2 March 2012);
- The Namaqua National Park (Government Notice No. 157 in Government Gazette No. 35073 of 2 March 2012); and
The Mokala National Park (Government Notice No. 158 in Government Gazette No. 35073 of 2 March 2012).
