I, Barno Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of my intention, under sections 9 and Section 43(1)(a)(i) and(ii), and read with sections 99 and 100 of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004), to publish Norms and Standards for Biodiversity Management Plans for Ecosystems.
