I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby, in terms section 57(2) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No.10 of 2004) prohibit the rttstricted activities, involving the listed threatened or protected species, in the Schedule hereto.
