I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of my intention under section 57(2) read with section 100 of the National Environmental Management:Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No.10 of 2004), to prohibit the restricted activities listed below involving listed threatened or protected species.
