Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of water and Environmental Affairs, hereby withdraws Government Notice No. 756 published in Gazette No. 32426 of 20 July 2009, and in terms of section 9 of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004) issues the norms and standards for the marking of rhinoceros horn and for the hunting of rhinoceros for trophy hunting purposes as set out in the Schedule hereto.
