Buyelwa Patience Sonjica, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, under section 9(1)(a) of the National Environmental Management: Biodiversity Act, 2004 (Act No. 10 of 2004) hereby issues national norms and standards for the marking of rhinoceros horn and the hunting of white rhinoceros for trophy hunting purposes in the Schedule hereto.
