Buyelwa Patience Sonjica, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby establishes the list of activities in Section 21(1)(a) of the National Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004) and the minimum emission standards for these listed activities as contemplated in Section 21(3)(a) and (b) of the Act as set out in the Schedule hereto.
