I, Bomo Edith Edna Molewa, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby give notice of my intention, under section 47A(1)(b) read with sections 24(2), 24(5) and 24D of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), to amend the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations Listing Notice 2 of 2010 as indicated in the Schedule hereto.
