Buyelwa Patience Sonjica, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby gives notice of her intention to publish under section 24J of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), draft national guidelines on environmental impact assessments for facilities to be included in the electricity plan as well as for the strategically important developments of state owned enterprises in the schedule attached hereto.
