Buyelwa Patience Sonjica, Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, hereby, under section 46(1) of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (Act No. 107 of 1998), read with the national Environmental Management: Air Quality Act, 2004 (Act No. 39 of 2004), make the Model Air Quality Management By-Law in the Schedule hereto, for easy adoption and adaptation by municipalities.
