The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs (“Minister”) has, by notice in the Government Gazette in terms of section 47A(1)(b) read with sections 24(2), 24(5) and 24D of the NEMA, given notice of her intention to amend the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations Listing Notice 1 of 2010, as set out in this notice.
Members of the public are invited to submit to the Minister, written comments within 60 days of the publication of the notice in the Government Gazette (i.e. by 27 November 2012).
