Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education and Training, hereby, in terms of Sections 3(4)(1) and 7 of the National Education Policy Act, 1996 (Act No. 27 of 1996), read with section 43(1) of the Further Education and Training Colleges Act, 2006 (Act No 16 of 2006) approve an amendment of Paragraph “c” of Schedule 1 in Government Gazette No 33201, Vol 539, dated 17 May 2010: Amendment to Government Notice 1200 in Government Gazette No. 32810, Dated 14 December 2009, regarding the extension of the offering of National N Certificates: N4-N6 as set out in the Schedule.
