I, Angelina Matsie Motshekga, Minister of Basic Education, hereby, in terms of sections 3(4)(l) and 7 of the National Education Policy Act, 1996 (Act No. 27 of 1996), and after consultation with the Council of Education Ministers, approve the amended Cuniculum and Assessment Policy Statements for the subjects, Natural Sciences and Technology to be offered in the Senior Phase (Grades 7-9) as national education policy.
