Bonginkosi Emmanueal Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education and Training, hereby, in terms of Sections 3(4)(l) and 7 of the National Education Policy Act, 1996 (Act No. 27 of 1996), read with section 43(l) of the Further Education and Training Colleges Act, 2006 (Act No. 16 of 2006) approves an extension of the phasing out of the National N1-N3 Engineering Studies). This is an amendment to Government Notice 302 in Government Gazette No. 28677 of 29 March 2006, and relates to the sections on "Repeal of Policy and Transitional Arrangement" .
