Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education and Training, hereby, in terms of Sections 3(4)(l) and 7 of the National Education Policy Act, 1996 (Act No. 27 of 1996), read with section 43(1) of the Further Education and Training Colleges Act, 2006 (Act No. 16 of 2006) approves an amendment to Government Notice No. 1200 in Government Gazette No. 32810 of 14 December 2009.
