Bonginkosi Emmanuel Nzimande, Minister of Higher Education and Training, hereby, in terms of Sections 3(4)(l) and 7 of the National Education Policy Act, 1996 (Act No. 27 of 1996), read with section 43(1) of the Further Education and Training Colleges Act, 2006 (Act No 16 of 2006) approve amendments to Government Gazette No 332200, Vol 539, dated 25 May 2010: Approval of the Policy Document, Formal Further Education and Training College Programmes at Levels 2 to 4 on the NQF, as set out hereunder and in Schedule 1.
