Gordhan, Minister of Finance, hereby makes the approval of Municipal Taxes Regulations, 2012 (“the Regulations”), in terms of section 5, 6, 10 and 12 of the Municipal Fiscal Powers and Functions Act, 2007 (Act No. 12 of 2007) (“the Act”). The Regulations are set out in the attached Schedule.
