MANAGING OUR UNCERTAIN WATER FUTURE
Last week, Pietermaritzburg in Msunduzi Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal (KZN) experienced its hottest October Day on record. At 40oC it was the fourth time in ten years that the record had been broken, this time by a full 2oC.
Similar things happened in Europe in the previous summer ,
