"The November 19 elections were the most orderly and transparent ever in Mozambique," Mozambique National Resistance (Renamo) parliamentarian Dionisio Quelhas told the National Assembly.
Last week, the opposition party accused the government of irregularities during voting in the second-largest city, Beira, on the Indian Ocean coast, traditionally a Renamo stronghold.
But since then, it has been announced that Renamo won in Beira, as well as in the port city of Nacala, Ilha de Mo
