Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula will participate in the Eighth High Level Meeting of the Regional Oversight Mechanism (ROM) of the Peace, Security and Cooperation Framework for the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the region at large.
The meeting will be held in the Republic of Congo, Brazzaville on the 19th of October 2017.
