South African Mineral Resources Minister Gwede Mantashe will officially open the 25th Annual Investing in African Mining Indaba.  The Indaba is the world’s largest gathering of mining’s most influential stakeholders and decision-makers vested in African mining.

Government will engage delegates on South Africa as a competitive and investor-friendly destination that offers a unique combination of highly developed economic infrastructure and a vibrant emerging-market economy with sustainable investment opportunities.

Members of the media are invited to join the Minister together with his Cabinet colleagues as they engage delegates at the indaba.
