The Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, Ms Edna Molewa will announce the findings of the Rhino Issue Management Report, and elaborate on the position of South Africa to be taken to the 16th Conference of the Parties (CoP) to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) at a post-Cabinet briefing to be held tomorrow, 28 February 2013 in Cape Town.
The 16th CITES CoP takes place in Bangkok, Thailand, from March 3 to 14, 2013.
The Minister will be in Cape Town and there will be a live video link to GCIS in Pretoria.
