Minister of Higher Education and Training, Dr Blade Nzimande will on Thursday, 13 October 2016 appear before the Commission of Inquiry into Higher Education and Training established to enquire into, report on and make recommendations on the feasibility of a fee free higher education and training.
Minister Nzimande will make a presentation to the commission as follows:-
