S Shabangu, Minister of Mineral Resources, under item 4 of Schedule 4 of the Mine Health and Safety Act, 1996 (Act No. 29 of 1996) and after consultation with the Council, hereby repeals the Regulations made in terms of the minerals Act, 1991 (Act No. 50 of 1991), as set out in the Schedule.
