Members and colleagues in the Executive Council,
Honourable members of the Provincial Legislature,
Representatives of the House of Traditional Leaders,
Members of the National Assembly and National Council of Provinces Present
Mayors and Councillors,
Distinguished Guests,
Ladies and Gentlemen,

It is great pleasure to present to you today the budget of Vote 1, the Department of the Premier.
