Tina Joemat-Petterson, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, acting with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, under Section 29 of the Sea Fisheries Act, 1998 (Act No. 12 of 1988) hereby impose the levies on fish and fish products as set out in the Schedule hereto.
