Tina Joemat-Petterson, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, acting with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, under Section 27(3) of the Marine Living Resources Act, 1998 (Act no. 18 of 1998) amend the fees payable for the use of fishing harbour facilities as set out in the Schedule hereto.
