Tina Joemat-Petterson, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, acting with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, under Section 25 of the Marine Living Resources Act, 1998 (Act No. 18 of 1998) hereby impose the fees as set out in the Schedule hereto.
