BuyeJwa Patience Sonjica, the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, under subsections (J )(b), 2(g), (2)(x)(v) and 2(y) of section 77 of the Marine Living Resources Act, J998 (Act No. 18 of 1998), hereby amend the regulations published under Government Notice No. R. 725 of4 July 2008 as set out in the Schedule.
