This report, by the International Monetary Fund, is the third review of the Poverty Reduction Growth and Strategy Paper. The third review took on special significance: while focused on 2009, it served as the midterm review of a five year programme. It would also serve as the basis for preparation of the 2012-2016 Poverty Reduction Strategy Paper (PRSP) over the following six months.
