Jeffrey Thamasanqa Radebe, Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, in terms of section 2(2), read with section 2(1)(l) of the Magistrates' Courts Act, 1944 (Act No. 32 of 1944) and after consultation with the Magistrates' Commission, hereby, with effect from 09 August 2010, amend Government Notice No. 629 of 9 May 2003 by excluding each district mentioned in Column "A" from the corresponding administrative region mentioned in Column "B" and include it in the corresponding administrative region mentioned in Column "C", as indicated in the Schedule.
