Jeffrey Thamasanqa Radebe, Minister of Justice and Constitutional Development, acting under section 2(1)(e) of the Magistrates' Courts Act, 1944 (Act No. 32 of 1944), hereby, with effect from 28 May 2010 to 25 July 2010 annex the magisterial districts mentioned in Column "A" of the Schedule to the districts mentioned in Column "B" of the Schedule for the purpose of concurrent jurisdiction for the adjudication of criminal matters which take place in the areas of their respective jurisdictions for the duration of the aforementioned period.
